Shenzhen, China, July 22th, 2019 \u2013<\/strong>TECHNICOLOR HDMI ATC \u2013\u00a0APLUS LABS today announced that \u201cCHINA FIRST TIME INTERNATIONAL HDMI PLUGFEST\u201d is going to be held in Hyatt Place Hotel \u2013\u00a0T3.Space\u00a0in Shenzhen Airport, China in August 26-28, 2019.<\/p>\n

Registration<\/u><\/a>\u00a0is open for HDMI Adopters to register from Now – August 7, 2019.<\/p>\n

HDMI products have been shipped\u00a0around 1 Billion units per year worldwide. For over 1700+ HDMI adopters globally, a big part of HDMI products are manufactured in Asia, especially Shenzhen is one of the focus manufacturing area in Greater Bay Area in South China. With a lot of local China adopter manufacturers who produce numerous Sink, Source, Cable, and Repeater HDMI products but did not have a Plugfest opportunity for products interoperability tests in China.<\/p>\n

HDMI LA has recognized the service needs from adopters, to provide a fair interoperability testing environment established for local adopters for such activities. \u201cHDMI LA is committed to promoting an HDMI ecosystem that is seamless and interoperable and a plugfest like this is essential in achieving that goal,\u201d said Rob Tobias, CEO and President of HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc. \u201cCOME JOIN PLUGFEST\u3001EXPLORE PRODUCT PERFECTION\u201d\u00a0is the slogan for this China HDMI Plugfest. \u201cIt indicates\u00a0dual purposes, for firstly trying to create an atmosphere and environment to have Plugfest attending engineers to get familiar what the Plugfest is for, and to show a way how to interact with other participants products testing.
